Bhutta-dahi curry

Ingredients to make Bhutta-dahi curry

  • Corn 2 cups
  • Sour curd 1 cup or 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted Jeera as per taste
  • chilli powder as per taste
  • Coriander fresh
  • Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup water

How to make Bhutta-dahi curry

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker pan. Add chilli powder, haldi powder, jeera powder. Fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add corn & roast for a while. Put water and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
  3. Add beaten curds and water and cook till corns is cooked, add a little extra water if it dries too much. Put salt.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander
