ABOUT Bhutta-dahi curry RECIPE

Use sour curds. It tastes better. You can also use butter milk.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn 2 cups
  2. Sour curd 1 cup or 4 tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Roasted Jeera as per taste
  5. chilli powder as per taste
  6. Coriander fresh
  7. Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  8. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker pan. Add chilli powder, haldi powder, jeera powder. Fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add corn & roast for a while. Put water and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
  3. Add beaten curds and water and cook till corns is cooked, add a little extra water if it dries too much. Put salt.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander
