Ingredients to make Spiced Raw Mango Cooler

  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped raw mangoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/3 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/3 tsp red chilli powder(optional)
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups -water
  • Some ice -cubes
  • Dried boondi (for garnishing)
  • Few fresh mint leaves(for garnishing)

How to make Spiced Raw Mango Cooler

  1. Wash and peel the raw mangoes and cut into small pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients along with water and blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and add some ice cubes.
  4. Finally, add some dry boondi on the top of it and serve chilled.
  5. If you want to go for the alcoholic version then you can add little vodka in it.

My Tip:

You can use cold water and skip ice cubes. This drink can be stored for a week in refrigerator.
