  • Chana dal
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Ginger paste
  • Baking soda
  • Sugar syrup

How to make Dhokla

  1. Soak chana dal overnight.
  2. Grind it to a fine paste.
  3. Add ginger paste salt turmeric powder and baking soda.
  4. Steam it.
