Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chana dal
  2. Salt
  3. Turmeric Powder
  4. Ginger paste
  5. Baking soda
  6. Sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal overnight.
  2. Grind it to a fine paste.
  3. Add ginger paste salt turmeric powder and baking soda.
  4. Steam it.
  5. Check with a tooth pic once done garnish it with coconut curry leaves and green chillies.
