Ingredients to make Shahi Gulab Lemonade

  • For concentrate:
  • Fresh rose petals -1/2kg
  • Sugar-1/2 kg
  • Lemons 5-6
  • Icecubes

How to make Shahi Gulab Lemonade

  1. Wash plucked rose petals and fan dry for half an hour.
  2. Dry on the absorbent paper.
  3. Add sugar in rose petals and leave it for few hours.
  4. After few hours add a little water and simmer the flame till petals gets tender.
  5. You may blend rose petals with a blender to make fine puree also.
  6. Strain with the strainer and can keep rose concentrate after it cools down in the fridge for one month.
  7. Add concentrate add chilled water and some ice cubes, enjoy your refreshing flavoured shahi gulab sharbat I have added lemon juice in it so made shahi gulab lemonade which is a superb thirst quencher.as no preservatives are used.
  8. Make this easiest rose petal concentrate and enjoy your refreshing drink when ever you feel thirsty.
My Tip: Choose gulukand rose petals only.
