Guava Margarita

Ingredients to make Guava Margarita

  • 50 ml El Charro Silver Tequila
  • 100 ml guava juice
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/8 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 dash of Tobasco sauce
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda to top
  • Lemon wedge, chaat masala and red chilly powder to rim the glasses
  • Mint springs and fresh red chillies for the garnish

How to make Guava Margarita

  1. In a small plate, spoon in some chaat masala and red chilly powder and mixed them up.
  2. Then use a lemon wedge and rub it along the rims of the glasses to moisten them
  3. Now rotate glass edges into chat masala and chilli powder to give it a tangy taste while sipping a margarita.
  4. Place all the ingredients in the list above from Tequila till the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
  5. And give them a good shake. This is a good time to give it a quick taste to check if it needs any adjustment — more lemon or spice or even booze!
  6. Spoon out the ice cubes from the shaker and divide them between the two glasses.
  7. Pour the juice and tequila mix over the ice cubes,
  8. Top the rest with club soda and garnish it with a mint sprig and a fresh red chilly each!
