Cheese Chili Paratha

Ingredients to make Cheese Chili Paratha

  • 2-3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 finely chopped Green chilies
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Chat masala 1/2 tablespoon
  • Finely chooped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup grated Cheese

How to make Cheese Chili Paratha

  1. Mix all the ingredients as stated above and make a smooth filling as shown.
  2. Now place a few tbsps of the filling on one of the dough circle, make sure that the filling should not be too less or too much.
  3. Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll the paratha gently as shown below.
  4. Place the stuffed paratha on a hot Tava, when one side has little brown flip the paratha. Spread some oil on the browned side of paratha and flip it again. Flip it like this for two to three times till u see golden spots and feel crispness.
  5. Cheesy chili paratha is ready to eat.Serve parathas with yogurt, mango pickle with some butter on top of it.
