Mini Bread Uttapam

Ingredients to make Mini Bread Uttapam

  • Bread slices 4 ( white or brown)
  • Semolina 1/4 cup
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1\2
  • Carrot. chopped 1/4 cup
  • Green capsicum 2 tablespoons
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Coriander 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Mint leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to make Mini Bread Uttapam

  1. Crumble the bread and add curd. Leave for 2 minutes.
  2. Now mash properly and add semolina and all ingredients.
  3. Mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes. So that batter becomes fluffy. You can add water for making a pouring consistency.
  4. After 10 minutes heat flat pan adds some oil and pour little quantity and cook until crispy. Turn on the other side and cook.
  5. Remove it. Your bread uttapam is ready. Make all uttapam in this way.
  6. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can use vegetables of your choice.
