Ingredients to make Cheese Stuffed Uttapam

  • Split black gram 1/2 cup
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Grated Cheese 2 cup
  • Mix vegetables like carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion total 1,1/2 cup
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp

How to make Cheese Stuffed Uttapam

  1. Wash and sock rice and dal for 2-3 hours
  2. After 2-3hours grind, it and keep in warm place to ferment it for 10to 12 hours
  3. Now mix green peas and finely chopped veggies
  4. Now take a Tawa heat it. Spread oil on it. On slow flame now 2 tbsp of daal paste spread on Tawa than spreading 1 cup grated cheese on it
  5. Spread on cheese and cover the cheese fully
  6. Now spread chopped veggies and green peas on it. sprinkle oil on it
  7. When lower side becomes crispy and colour become slightly brown flip it and cook on slow flame until colour becomes slightly brown and it becomes crispy
  8. Now remove it from Tawa and serve hot.
