Ingredients to make Khajoor Lassi

  • Arabian khajoor-15
  • curd -1/2glass
  • sugar-1tbsp
  • Ice cubes-a few

How to make Khajoor Lassi

  1. Soak the khajoor in one cup water for 1 hour.
  2. Deseed them.
  3. Grind them with 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp sugar.
  4. Strain the pulp.
  5. Add 1/2 glass curd and few ice cubes and churn. Add 1/2 glass water and churn.
  6. Your lassi is ready
  7. Serve it garnished with khajoor pieces.

My Tip:

You can prepare the pulp of Khajoor beforehand and keep it in the fridge.Your lassi will be ready in 5 minutes.
