ABOUT Fusion Soup RECIPE

This soup is the combination of chinese, italian, tomato and vegetable soup which is heathy and delicious soup, So I named it fusion soup

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 - tomato roughly chopped
  2. 1 - onion roughly chopped (optional)
  3. 1/4 cup - cabbage shredded
  4. 1/4 cup - carrot shredded
  5. 1/4 cup - green pepper shredded
  6. 1/4 cup - zucchinishredded
  7. 3 cup water or vegetable broth
  8. 1 tsp - ginger roughly chopped
  9. 1/2 tsp - oil (optional)
  10. 1/2 tsp - Italian herb
  11. 1/2 tsp - basil herb
  12. 1/2 tsp - vinegar or 1/2 tsp - lemon juice
  13. 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  14. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add ginger, tomato, onion and 1 cup water or vegetable broth.
  2. Cover the pan with the lid. Cook for 6-8 mins on medium gas. Keep it for cool down .Blend in a blender. Now tomato puree is ready
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add cabbage, carrot, zucchini, green pepper, salt , and black pepper Saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add tomato puree in the pan. Add 3 cup water or broth, cook for 10-12 mins on medium flame.
  5. Season with Italian herbs and basil herbs, cook for two minutes more. Turn off the gas and add vinegar or lemon juice.
  6. Soup is hot and ready to serve with crispy noodles or bread crumbs or croutons. Enjoy healthy and yummy soup :)
