Ingredients to make Gooseberry Mint Cooler

  • Mint – ½ cup
  • Goose berry – 3 nos
  • Lemon – juice of 1
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Ginger – ½ inch size
  • Nigella seed & Honey – to taste
  • Salt – a pinch

How to make Gooseberry Mint Cooler

  1. Wash mint and chop the gooseberry, remove seed
  2. In a mixie add water 300 ml and ice cubes 10 nos, mint, salt, ginger & gooseberry grind well
  3. Strain the juice and add pepper powder, honey and lemon juice mix well.
