Ingredients to make Piyush

  • Shrikhand 125gm or half cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 4 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Saffron 3-4 strands
  • Mixed dry fruits chopped for garnishing

How to make Piyush

  1. Take curd in a bowl.
  2. Add cardamom, nutmeg powder, sugar and saffron strands to it and mix well.
  3. Add shrikhand and milk.
  4. Blend all ingredients smooth with a blender.
  5. While serving garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

If shrikhand is sweet enough, you can reduce the amount of sugar as per choice.
