Coco-Twist

Ingredients to make Coco-Twist

  • Tender Coconut water - 2 numbers
  • Ginger 20g
  • Green chillies 2 pieces
  • Crushed ice 1 cup
  • Vodka 120ml
  • Celery stick (optional) to garnish

How to make Coco-Twist

  1. Take ginger and chilly, muddle them using mortar and pestle. Also, slit the other chilly and make juliennes of 5g of ginger and keep aside for later use.
  2. Now add this mix to 120ml of vodka, And keep aside in a cup. Let the flavour of vodka and chilly get infused in the vodka.
  3. Take an ice bucket add a cup full of crushed ice in it, strain the vodka out of that mix using a small size strainer and add to the ice, add the tender coconut water and stir well. From top add the ginger juliennes and the slit chilly.
  4. Keep in the fridge for more chilling or serve then only with a celery stick for slight celery flavour.
My Tip: Vodka measures to be taken as per your preference
