ABOUT Raw Mango Jal Jeera Slush RECIPE

We all know about Aam Panna and Jal jeera also, but this is something different. This is a combination between these two and it is a slush.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw mango peeled, boiled and blended 1 cup
  2. Roasted jeera powder- 2 table spoon
  3. Amchur powder- 1 teaspoon
  4. Black salt- 1 teaspoon
  5. Mint leaves- 2 table spoon
  6. Coriander leaves- 1/2 tea spoon
  7. Lime juice-2 table spoon
  8. Sugar- 8 table spoon
  9. Crushed ice 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Take the mango pulp, the spice powders, the leaves in a blender.
  2. Add the black salt, sugar, lime juice and crushed ice into it.
  3. Blend untill smooth but not runny.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses rimmed with powdered sugar. Enjoy !!
