Ingredients to make Kachalu (Guava Juice)

  • Guava- 4 (choose riped guavas)
  • Sugar- 4 tbsp
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1 tbsp
  • Water- 2 Cups

How to make Kachalu (Guava Juice)

  1. Wash the guavas properly. Peel them off. Grate it.
  2. In a bowl add grated guavas, sugar, black pepper. and salt. Mix it very well. Now add water.
  3. Keep it in the fridge for half an hour.
  4. Serve it in the glass and enjoy.
