ABOUT Mango Strawberry Slush RECIPE

A slush is made when a fruit pulp is blended in blender with lots of ice and other goodies. Here I have used two colorful fruits mangoes and strawberries to make this slush. It is a divine beverage for the hot summer days.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango pulp- 1 1/2 cup
  2. Strawberry pulp- 1 cup
  3. Crushed ice-2 cups
  4. Ginger juice- 1/2 Tea spoon
  5. Sugar- 7 table spoon
  6. lemon jest-1/4 tea spoon and cherry for garnishing,
  7. Lemon juice- 1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. In a blender put strawberry pulp, 1 cup ice, 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Blend until nicely mixed.
  3. Take a chilled glass rimmed with honey and powdered sugar.
  4. Pour in a glass half filled.
  5. Keep in freezer for 1 hour to chill.
  6. Take the mango pulp. Blend with 1 cup ice, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  7. Bring out the glass from freezer and pour the mango mix over it.
  8. Garnish with cherry and lemon jest.
  9. Serve chilled.
