Papaya Lassi

Ingredients to make Papaya Lassi

  • Papaya 1/2 ripe
  • Yoghurt 1/2 cup
  • Milk cold 1/4 cup (boiled)
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Chat masala a pinch (optional)
  • Salt a small pinch
  • 3-4 ice cubes

How to make Papaya Lassi

  1. Wash and cut papaya in small pieces
  2. Now put papaya , milk , yoghurt , honey , chat masala and salt to the blender
  3. Put some ice cubes too
  4. Blend for 2-3 Mins
  5. Pour in separate glasses , put ice cubes also.
  6. Serve chilled
My Tip: You can garnish with fresh cream also, but calories will be more.
