Healthy Lassi , with goodness of papaya

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Papaya 1/2 ripe
  2. Yoghurt 1/2 cup
  3. Milk cold 1/4 cup (boiled)
  4. Honey 2 tbsp
  5. Chat masala a pinch (optional)
  6. Salt a small pinch
  7. 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut papaya in small pieces
  2. Now put papaya , milk , yoghurt , honey , chat masala and salt to the blender
  3. Put some ice cubes too
  4. Blend for 2-3 Mins
  5. Pour in separate glasses , put ice cubes also.
  6. Serve chilled
