Ingredients to make Moong Dal Kabab

  • 1 cup Moong Dal
  • 3 Boiled potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 2 to 3 big spoon Besan flour
  • 1 tea spoon Salt
  • 1 tea spoon Red Mirch powder
  • 1 tea spoon Jeera powder
  • 1 tea spoon Garam masala
  • Pinch of Haldi powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to make Moong Dal Kabab

  1. Boil moong Dal in a pan with water, salt & a pinch haldi powder
  2. Once it boiled, drained out all the water from dal and keep the dal in separate plate
  3. Now take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  4. Now make round shape kabab, and shallow fry them
  5. Serve green chutney and some onions rings.
