ABOUT Apple Orange Kiwi Smoothie RECIPE

Apple orange kiwi smoothie is full of antioxidants, rich in fibre and vitamin C. It keeps us energised the whole day.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 large Apple
  2. 3 Kiwis, peeled and cubed
  3. 1 tsp Oats (soaked in sweet water)
  4. 2 tsp Orange juice
  5. 2 tsp Fresh curd
  6. 1\2 tsp Mint juice
  7. 1\2 tsp Lime juice
  8. 1\4tsp Ginger grated( optional)
  9. 4tsp honey or sugar
  10. 2 pinch Black salt
  11. 1 cup ice cubes
  12. For garnish:
  13. Kiwi slices

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the ingredients in order and blend until smooth.
  2. Put some ice cubes in a glass pour the smoothie.
  3. Top with crushed ice as per choice.
  4. Garnish with a kiwi slice and serve chilled.
