Paan Milkshake

Ingredients to make Paan Milkshake

  • Sweet Paan leaves-5-6
  • Sugar-7 table spoon
  • Chilled milk 400 ml
  • Fennel seed-2 table spoon
  • Gulkand-3 table spoon
  • Paan Masala 1 table spoon
  • Rose Ice cream-4 scoops
  • Crushed ice-2 cups
  • Rainbow balls, cherry, tutti frutti for garnishing

How to make Paan Milkshake

  1. Torn the paan leaves in small pieces and put in the blender.
  2. Blend with Gulkand, paan masala, fennel seeds, milk, sugar and ice.
  3. Blend till smooth.
  4. Sieve the mixture in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture in a chilled glass rimmed with rainbow balls.
  6. Pour the rose ice cream on it.
  7. Decorate with tutti frutti, cherry, rainbow balls and serve.
My Tip: Can add some rose syrup while mixing for more flavor.
