Masala Macaroni

Ingredients to make Masala Macaroni

  • 200 gm elbow macroni pasta
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Peppercorn to taste crushed
  • Salt to taste

How to make Masala Macaroni

  1. Cook macaroni as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Cook for a minute and then add the green chilli, green peas and tomatoes.
  2. Cover and cook until the tomatoes are done and the peas are tender. Now add all the spices powder and salt. Mix it well together.
  3. Add the cooked pasta, stir and cook covered for 2 minutes. Then remove it from heat.
  4. Serve it hot sprinkled with peppercorn and chopped coriander.
