Chicken Puffy

Ingredients to make Chicken Puffy

  • Boneless chicken 250gm
  • cornflour 50 gm
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Cornflakes powder 1 cup
  • Pinch of chilly powder
  • pepper 4 crushed
  • turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Refined oil

How to make Chicken Puffy

  1. Mix cornflour, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, turmeric with chicken and half cup of water
  2. Leave it for 10 minutes
  3. Heat the oil
  4. Coat the chicken with cornflakes powder
  5. Fry it in medium flame till golden brown.
  6. Taste best with onion slices

My Tip:

You can add egg instead of water
