Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups curd, thick and fresh
  2. 1 cup Mango pulp.
  3. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  4. 2 tbsp saffron milk
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamon powder
  6. 1 tbsp almond, chopped

Instructions

  1. Firstly take thick and creamy curd also known as hung curd.
  2. Whisk smooth till it turns creamy
  3. Further, add mango pulp, powdered sugar, and cardamon powder
  4. Also, add saffron milk
  5. Mix well making sure that the sugar gets dissolved in curd
  6. Also add few chopped almonds
  7. Mix gently and transfer to the serving bowl.
