Ingredients to make Country Borage Orange Cooler

  • Karpooravalli / Country Borage Leaves – 5
  • Orange Juice – 1\2 Cup
  • Honey – 2 Teaspoons
  • Basil Seeds – 1 Teaspoon (Soaked for 30 minutes)
  • Water – 1\2 Cup

How to make Country Borage Orange Cooler

  1. Wash and chop the Karpooravalli Leaves. Boil half cup water in a pan, add the chopped leaves and close with a lid. Switch off.
  2. After it gets cooled, strain out the essence(discard the leaves) and mix it with orange juice, honey.
  3. Serve chilled with soaked basil seeds and ice cubes.
My Tip: Honey can be replaced with crushed Palm Candy
