Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Karpooravalli / Country Borage Leaves – 5
  2. Orange Juice – 1\2 Cup
  3. Honey – 2 Teaspoons
  4. Basil Seeds – 1 Teaspoon (Soaked for 30 minutes)
  5. Water – 1\2 Cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the Karpooravalli Leaves. Boil half cup water in a pan, add the chopped leaves and close with a lid. Switch off.
  2. After it gets cooled, strain out the essence(discard the leaves) and mix it with orange juice, honey.
  3. Serve chilled with soaked basil seeds and ice cubes.
