Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Moong sprouted
  2. 1/4 Cup Chana Dal
  3. 1/4 Cup Lobia
  4. 3table spoon Besan or rice flour
  5. 2 tablespoon ginger -chilly paste
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1 medium greated carrot
  8. 2 small greated onion
  9. 3 tablespoon grated cabbage
  10. 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
  11. coriander leaves
  12. 1tsp red chilly powder
  13. 1/2teaspoon carom seed
  14. 1/2teaspoon asafoetida
  15. 1/2tablespoon dry roasted cumin powder
  16. Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. First soak chana dal and Lobia for 2to 3 hours
  2. Then take this soaked dal,lobia and sprouted Moong, Grind to make a coarse batter.
  3. Then in this batter add ginger, chilly paste, and all veggies.
  4. Then add all spices and besan.
  5. Now mix all ingredient in the batter.
  6. Now on hot nonstick pan spread this batter evenly and put some butter and cook it on one side
  7. When cookoin one side turn it other side apply some butter and cook on low flame
  8. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
