Paneer Peas Masala

Ingredients to make Paneer Peas Masala

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tomatoes(make puree in mixer)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp turmeric
  • 1tsp chilly powder
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 4 green chillies
  • Coriander for garnish
  • 1 Green Bell pepper
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 10-12 paneer cubes
  • Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Peas Masala

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai fry the small chopped onions in it.Saute till it becomes pink.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well..add green bell pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree and fry till raw smell goes..now add dry spices one by one turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and allow masala to turn to thick gravy..add little water..adjust consistency.
  4. Add half cooked peas and paneer and mix well.
  5. Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
My Tip: For better taste, you can soak cashews and make a paste add to the recipe.
