Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted moong 1/2 cup
  2. Soaked rice 1 cup
  3. Water 2 &1/2 cup
  4. Chopped vegetables 1 cup ( Onion, tomato,capsicum)
  5. Oil 2 tablespoons
  6. Jeera 1 /2 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Amchur powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in cooker add jeera turmeric and moong dal, sauté 2 minutes
  2. Now add chopped vegetables sauté for 5 minutes
  3. Add soak rice and water and salt cover with cooker lid
  4. cook for 2 whistle on high flame
  5. When cooker pressure realized open lid and add garam masala and amchur powder
  6. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve hot with green chutney.
