- Millet 2 cups
- Rajma, Chickpeas, Split green gram ( mixed 1 cup)
- Onion 1
- Carrot 1/2 ( chopped and boiled)
- Green peas 1/2 cup (boiled)
- Garlic chopped 2 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Khada masala ( cloves, Cinnamon, cardamom, black paper for seasoning)
- Bay leaves 1 to 2
- Salt, chilli powder, turmeric to taste.
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
- Curd 1 tbsp
- Onion for garnishing 1.
- Cashew nuts ( fried) few 7 to 8 no. ( for garnishing)
- Oil 2 tsp
- Ghee ( clarified butter) 1 tbsp
