Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. 1/2 ghee
  2. 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  4. 1/2 tablespoon rose water
  5. 1 and 3/4 cups roasted chickpea flour
  6. 2-3 tablespoons chopped or ground pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Combine the ghee, sugar, cardamom and rose water in a bowl. Mix until well incorporated
  3. Sift chickpea flour into the bowl and mix until it all comes together and a dough is formed
  4. Take a tablespoon, grease it with a drop of ghee and place a few chopped pieces of pistachios in the centre of the spoon. Fill it to the rim to shape the cookies.
  5. Scoop out the cookie and place it on a parchment lined baking tray
  6. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes until slightly golden.
  7. Remove cookies from oven and let it cool on tray for a few minutes. Carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once fully cool, transfer to a container or a platter
