Grilled Mexican Sandwich

Ingredients to make Grilled Mexican Sandwich

  • Bread slices - 6
  • Butter
  • Boiled rajma - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum - 4 tblspn
  • Finely chopped onions - 4 tbsp
  • Parsley/ coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 4 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder -1/2tsp
  • Mixed herbs -1/4tsp
  • Chilli flakes -1/4 tsp
  • Grated cheese - 2 cubes
  • Nachos

How to make Grilled Mexican Sandwich

  1. Stuffing,- in a bowl mix well slightly mashed rajma, onions, capsicum, parsley, salt, pepper powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, tomato ketchup.
  2. Butter bread slices place stuffing. Over the stuffing add grated cheese and crushed nachos.
  3. Cover with other bread slice and grill till golden brown from both sides.
  4. Cut diagonally and serve with nachos and sauce or dips or salsa.
My Tip: Instead of rajma, we can use tinned baked beans also. if using baked beans don't add ketchup as beans are already very saucy.
