Ingredients to make Punjabi Dal

  • Chana dal 1/2 cup
  • Moong dal 1/2 cup
  • Rajma 1/4 cup
  • Orange dal 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly 2-3
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric

How to make Punjabi Dal

  1. First, soak all dal for 2 hrs
  2. Take a cooker and pressure dal for 10 mins ....add salt, turmeric, green chilies,& tomatoes....
  3. After 10 mins take a pan add some ghee...add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, red chilly mix in a cooker....
  4. Decorate with coriander leaves
My Tip: Soak dal in a proper time.
