Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Black chana flour 1and 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2cup
  3. Powdered brown sugar 3/4 cup
  4. Milk powder 1 cup
  5. Coffee powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Coco powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Drinking chocolate powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Olive oil 1 cup
  11. Orange juice 1 cup
  12. Walnuts chopped 2 tablespoon
  13. Vanilla essence 4 drops

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix oil and sugar powder and make fluffy smooth paste
  2. Sieve all powdered ingredients twice in a separate bowl.
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients well
  4. Add pieces of walnuts and vanilla essence in the batter
  5. Pour the batter into a greased container and bake it for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
  6. Garnish with whipped cream.
