Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tinda 1\2 kg
  2. Salt according to taste
  3. Haldi 1 sp
  4. Lal Mirch 1tsp
  5. Coriander 2 tsp
  6. Garam masala , a pinch
  7. Lemon 1\2
  8. Saunf 1.5 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash Tinda.cut into 4 portions but do not separate it.
  2. In a plate, mix all masala except Saunf and fill Tinda
  3. In a pan, pour mustard oil and add jeera and then after a second, add masala Tinda
  4. Let it cook on slow flame till soft
  5. Add Saunf, lemon and garnish it with coriander.
