  • 11/2 bowl moong split dal (green chilka dal)
  • 1/4 cup udad dal
  • 1/4 cup yellow moong dal
  • 1tbsp rice
  • 1tbsp masoor dal
  • soak all these for 3-4 hours
  • crushed green chilly 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Chopped onion 2 large
  • chopped tomatoes 2
  • Grated cheese
  • chopped corriander leaves

How to make mix dal dosa

  1. grind soaked dal like dosa batter
  2. add greenchilli paste
  3. add salt
  4. keep dosa tawa on flame
  5. take a spoonful of batter and spread on tawa
  6. spread little onions in middle part of dosa
  7. add chopped tomatoes
  8. add corriander leaves
  9. add grated cheese
  10. sprinkle little chat masala
  11. as it becomes cirspi fold it
  12. cut into pieces or can be served as it is
  13. serve with green chutney
  14. sweet tamarind chutney
  15. and ketchup
