Ghee Ke Ladoo

Ingredients to make Ghee Ke Ladoo

  • Residual of ghee - 1 cup
  • Besan - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoon (castor sugar)
  • Chopped dry fruits ( for richness)
  • Green Cardamom - 1 pc

How to make Ghee Ke Ladoo

  1. Roast dry besan on low flame till light brown.
  2. Add sugar, residual of ghee, mix well.
  3. Add sugar and chopped dry fruits. Turn off the gas and remove.
  4. Bind them into round ladoo shape, garnish with dry fruits
My Tip: Do not cook it for very long.
