Ingredients to make Sautéed Moong

  • 2cup - sprouts
  • 4tsp - fried peanuts
  • 1 - medium size onion, chopped
  • 2 - Green chilies, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tsp - finely chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 3tsp - tomato sauce

How to make Sautéed Moong

  1. Heat oil in a kadhayi then add chopped onion, chopped carrot, chilli, peanuts and salt.
  2. Saute for a min and then add sprouts. Stir again for a min, add sauce and serve.
