ABOUT Hasselback Potatoes RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Large potato - 1
  2. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Butter - 2 tbsp
  4. Garlic - 1-2 cloves
  5. Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Cheese as required

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 450°.
  2. Keep the potato between 2 chopsticks. Slice the potato into thin slices, leaving 1/4 inch at the bottom joined. Do not slice them through.
  3. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl expect the cheese.
  4. Apply this mix to the potato. Make sure to apply in between each thin slice. Top it with cheese.
  5. Bake these in the oven for 15 mins or until the top is brown and the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
