Ingredients to make Bread Uttapam

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Rice flour - 2tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • Chopped tomato - 1
  • Red, yellow & green bell peppers mix - 3tbsp
  • curd - 2tbsp
  • Chopped onion - 1

How to make Bread Uttapam

  1. Grind bread in mixer and make powder.
  2. Add curd, flour, salt, water to make semi thick batter.
  3. Heat a non stick pan, apply some oil and spread the batter evenly in a circle. Sprinkle chopped veggies and cover with a lid.
  4. Put some oil and flip it when cooked from one side. Cook both the sides to crispy brown and serve with tomato sauce.

Take sour curd for better results.
