Bread Spring Roll

Ingredients to make Bread Spring Roll

  • 4 - White bread slices
  • Carrot, onion, cabbage and capsicum cut in julienne - 1 each
  • Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch(optionol)
  • Black peeper powder - 1tsp
  • Oil - For shallow frying

How to make Bread Spring Roll

  1. Cut the sides of bread then heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste. Once the raw smell goes add all the other veggies. Fry on high flame for 2 to 3 mins.
  2. Now add soy sauce, ajinomoto, salt n black peeper powder. Mix and take off from the flame. Your stuffing is ready. Keep it aside.
  3. Roll out the bread with a rolling pin and put stuffing on it. Make a roll and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat a pan and brush with it oil. Pan fry the spring rolls.
  5. Cut into small rolls and serve with ketchup.
My Tip: You can add chilli powder to make it more spicy.
