Ingredients to make Dahi Kabab

  • 2 cup - Hung curd
  • 1/4 spoon - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 spoon - Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 spoon - Red chilli powder
  • 2 Tbs - Gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp - Clove powder
  • 4 tsp- Mix nuts ( Cashew nut, pistachio, almond )
  • 3 tbs - Finely chopped cilantro
  • 5 - Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger, grated

How to make Dahi Kabab

  1. Take hung curd in a bowl, add cinnamon powder, clove powder, cardamom powder, salt, red chilli powder, gram flour and mix to make a lump free mixture. Make tikkies from it.
  2. For filling : Finely chop cashew nuts, almond, pistachio, cilantro, ginger and add green chillies to it. Add 1 spoon of the hung curd mixture to it to bind it.
  3. Now fill it in tikki /patty and brush it on all purpose flour. Shallow fry on medium heat in a hot pan. Serve it with sauce
