Chole Chaat

Ingredients to make Chole Chaat

  • Chole - 1/2 kg
  • onion, chopped - 2
  • tomato, chopped - 2
  • sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chat masala as required
  • Pinch of chilli powder
  • Eggless Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoonful
  • coriander for garnishing
  • salt - as per taste

How to make Chole Chaat

  1. Soak chole overnight. Drain water and pressure cook with fresh water. Cook it till 3 whistles
  2. Remove water add sugar, chiili powder, chaat masala, mayonnaise, tomato and onion..mix it well. Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve this spicy tangy chaat anytime of the day.

My Tip:

Add chilli powder and salt to chole while cooking.
