Crispy Cheese Bites

Ingredients to make Crispy Cheese Bites

  • 4 medium sized potatoes (grated) 200 gms cheese (grated) 1tsp finely chopped garlic 1 tsp red chilli powder (i took deggi mirch powder) Bread crumbs for coating Salt to taste Oil for frying

How to make Crispy Cheese Bites

  1. Grate potatoes and wash them well. keep in water. Now grate cheese. Heat oil in a pan. Squeeze grated potatoes. Make sure water should be out from grated potatoes.
  2. Now coat with bread crumbs and fry them. If you don't have bread crumbs you can fry them directly.
  3. Serve hot with sauce.
My Tip: Don't keep bites for a long time before frying. If you have to fry after some time, keep them in the fridge for half an hour.
