Cauliflower Paratha

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Paratha

  • Cauliflower 1/2kg
  • Carom seeds(ajwain) 1tbs
  • Haldi powder 1tsp
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Dhania powder 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Fresh coriander finely chopped
  • Wheat flour 350gm

How to make Cauliflower Paratha

  1. Grate cauliflower, wash and keep aside in a collander.
  2. Place a kadhai on low flame and add 3 tsp oil. Once it's hot add carom seeds and let it splatter. Now add grated cauliflower to it. Add haldi powder, chilli powder, dhania powder, salt and stir till it gets dry.
  3. Turn off the flame and add fresh chopped coriander allow it to cool.
  4. For Paratha, add water to wheat flour and a little yoghurt and kneed the flour to make dough.
  5. Make small portions of the dough, stuff the above mixture and roll it like a chapati (slightly thick). Cook it on the tava, turn it apply oil or ghee.
  6. Serve hot with either yogurt / achar / raita.
