Mini Bread Dhokla

Ingredients to make Mini Bread Dhokla

  • Bread slices - 8
  • Curd -150gm
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
  • Milk - 3tsp
  • Rai - 1tsp
  • Hing - 1/4tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1sprig
  • Garlic cloves - 4, grated
  • Onion - 1, chopped
  • Salt
  • Oil - 1tsp

How to make Mini Bread Dhokla

  1. Take curd in a bowl and whisk then add milk and whisk again. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to the curd and mix well.
  2. Take bread slices and cut into cubes. Take a non stick pan and add 2 drops of oil then dip bread cubes into curd, slide in the pan and fry till light brown.
  3. In another small fry pan add oil, cumin seeds and rai and when it splutters add hing, curry leaves, onion and garlic and saute.
  4. Put this tadka over the bread, mix well and serve.
