Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Medium potatoes, sliced - 6
  2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  3. Pesto sauce - 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt - as required
  5. Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Brush olive oil, pesto sauce over sliced potatoes, sprinkle salt and pepper and arrange in microwave proof dish.
  2. Preheat the microwave in convection mode and cook the potatoes for 12 minutes. Garnish with oregano and serve.
