Ingredients to make Egg And Cheese Patties

  • 3 eggs
  • 8 slices of brown or white bread as per choice
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tbs Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 cheese slices

How to make Egg And Cheese Patties

  1. Hard boil the eggs. Cool and remove the shells.
  2. Apply butter on all the bread slices. Then apply a layer of mayonnaise.
  3. Break the cheese slices into bits and mix in the chopped eggs. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the patties toaster for a minute.
  5. Place the mix on a slice of bread, cover with another and place in the patty maker / equity toaster. Check the patties and when browned take them off in a plate. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
