Egg Pepper Rice

Ingredients to make Egg Pepper Rice

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 5 Whole Green Chilies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • Oil - as required
  • 1 cup - Cooked rice

How to make Egg Pepper Rice

  1. Finely chop the onions and set aside.
  2. In a pan add oil. Add in onions, whole green chillies and fry till soft.
  3. Add in eggs, little salt and little pepper (only to season eggs). Scramble it to make small bites of eggs.
  4. Add in cooked rice. Season it with salt and pepper (remember u have already seasoned the eggs). Mix well.
  5. Serve hot (with ketchup if needed).
My Tip: Adjust eggs, salt and pepper as per your taste.
