  • Round Brinjal - 4
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chopped coriander -- 4 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp - 4 tsp
  • Dry whole red chilli - 3
  • Green chilli - 3
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the brijals. Peel their skin and blend in a blender.
