ABOUT Mooli Ka Sukha Achar ( Dry Radish Pickle) RECIPE

A wonderful pickle with minimum oil.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mooli or Radish 8 to 10
  2. Red chilly powder 2 tablespoon
  3. Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
  4. Salt 1 tablespoon ( as per taste)
  5. Oil 3 tablespoon
  6. Viengar 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and grate mooli or raddsh. Dry in sunlight for two or three days or a week. When it dries completely then add all the spices and vinegar.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add to the pickle. Put the pickle in a clean glass jar. You can keep this pickle for a couple of months. Have it with roti or khichadi.
